1. Returns & Exchanges

1.1.Products must be in original condition, unused, and with the tag attached to qualify for a return or exchange.

1.2.All return/ exchange requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days of receiving the product.

1.3.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping method to prevent loss as Anaconda will not be responsible for items lost during return shipping.

1.4.The product will be inspected for contamination, damage, odor, and signs of wear before processing any refund or exchange.
2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

2.1.Tags must be intact: If the tag is removed or the product has been used, even once, it cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

2.2.Original packaging required: The item must be returned in its original packaging to avoid contamination or damage during shipping. If the original packaging is damaged, contact customer service before returning.
3. Refund Policy

3.1.Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.

3.2.Refunds are issued to the original payment method and cannot be cancelled or reversed once initiated.
4. Exchange Process

4.1.Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement product will be shipped using Standard Shipping (delivery time: 3 to 9 business days).
