The Fit Bra Guide
Sizes may vary by product, so please check each product page for exact measurements.

Find your Band Size
Wrap a measuring tape snugly around your ribcage, just under your bust. Ensure the tape is level and fits firmly without digging in or feeling too loose. Measure and round to the nearest whole number. If it is an odd number add 5”, if an even number add 4” to find your band size.

Find your Cup Size
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the ground. Ensure the tape is snug but not too tight or too loose. Subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement. The difference determines your cup size. A proper cup fit prevents spillage, gaps, and discomfort.
Pad Replacement
Swap with Ease—Your Simple Guide to Replacing and Adjusting Pads for the Perfect Fit.

1. Prepare your Fit Bra and pads, ensuring you have them ready as shown in the picture.
2. Fold both sides of the pad inward, bringing them toward the pointed tip at the centre. This makes insertion smoother and ensures a better fit.
3. Insert the pad vertically into the bra pocket, carefully aligning the pointed tip with the centre of your chest for a natural, balanced shape.
4. Adjust the pad once fully inserted, smoothing it out to prevent any creases or unevenness. It should sit comfortably and look like the image for the perfect fit.
Washing Tips
Innerwear is a consumable item, its durability may vary depending on washing methods and duration of use.

- Machine washing is possible for the bra. For the best results, remove the pads from the bra before washing.
- Always hand wash the pads separately from the band.
- Avoid using laundry bags, as they may cause pilling or damage the fabric.
- Use a mild detergent only. Do not use bleach, as it may cause discolouration.
- Due to the nature of seamless bras, avoid using a dryer or applying heat (e.g., hot water or ironing), as it may damage the finishing.
- Avoid excessive wringing or twisting of the pads. (Gently smooth out any creases while drying.)
- Hang to dry on a hanger.
